Do I need electricity of battery for this?
No! This is a manual back stretcher, it does not require any battery or electricity.

Can I sleep on it?
No! That would be uncomfortable. We recommend that you use our Multi-level Back Stretcher for five minutes twice a day. If you are feeling uncomfortable or discomfort suspend use and try again later.

How do I adjust the height of the back stretcher?
1. Put the base on a flat surface with the widest end closest to you.
2. Slide the narrow end out of the slot and reposition to your liking.

How can I put it together?
Follow the steps below:
1. Lay the base and support arch on a secured mat, rug, or carpet with the wide ends closets to you.
2. Slide the wide end of support arch into the single slot on the wide end of the base
3. Press down with your thumbs and gently slide the narrow end of support arch into the level 1 position on the base
